Yep, pure fluff! The only real purpose of fluff is entertainment or "ear-scratching." You gotta admit that book was quite entertaining!

There is no such thing as "good" fluff. The only thing "good" about fluff is that it eases the "itching ears" as the Scripture goes. It never actually cures the problem. Fluff condemns one to a lifetime of looking for the "next big thing" in spiritual literature, until one discards the marshmallows and takes up the meat and vegetables.

The only thing fluff is good for is to be used to expose false teaching. Otherwise it is only for those who have no desire to mature.

I think some of the "fluff" stuff is okay becuz even though it may not be what we agree with, it helps us to prepare and see how one side sees it and how we can better equip oursleves and others with the proper side to see things. For instance, not everyone beleieves in the "speaking of tongues" issue, but it would help to read up on it and get some insight on why those who dont or do beleive it. So in other words, you have good "fluff" and bad "fluff"...it all depends on how we apply it. But over all, by the time we all get to Heaven, our "fluffy-ness" will be applied to our clouds! smile!
